MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST I Credit Union will be a first point of member contact for branch online or Contact Center; and offer member information assistance and solutions addressing financial needs and challenges via email phone or in person.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of experience (financial services preferred); U.S citizenship and CBI is required to work at Lincoln Lexington Branch; good communication skills; patience to resolve member issues; and be fully versed in all our products and services and able to cross-sell. PREFERRED: One or more years of cash handling credit card transactions and balancing experience.
