What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager Materials Planning - SIOPwill be responsible for leading demand planning and delivery assurance teams in supporting the facilities.
Evaluating and coordinating delivery assurance and demand planning to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements
Provide status of work in progress material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel equipment materials and services are provided as needed
Work daily to confirm material supply and demands
Lead process improvement activities and cost reduction initiatives
Conduct and support periodic physical inventory cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Lead regular commitment/planning meetings to establish regular production goals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 or more years of experience in a manufacturing operations/planning materials management quality production control program/project management supply chain or closely related industrial environment OR a Masters degree and minimum 7 years experience in a manufacturing operations materials management quality program/project management supply chain or closely related industrial environment
Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software
Prior experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
U.S. Person - Job requires access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware (directly or indirectly) and the company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in Production and Planning Control fundamentals including MRP Inventory Management Capacity Planning and Lean Manufacturing
Experience working with Tableau Kinaxis Business Warehouse or PowerBI
Experience with SAP
Experience with Lean and 6 Sigma concepts to improve departmental factory related and cross-departmental processes

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines
The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
