Qualifications
- Catering management experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level strongly preferred
- Experience in restaurants hotels corporate dining education military health care and/or related food service operations
- Excellent Guest Service skills a must
- TIPS certification required
- Serve Safe certification encouraged

Responsibilities
- Summary: As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in all duties including working closely with the chef and banquet manager overseeing event set-ups menu selection working with meeting room assignments and coordinating sleeping room blocks
- You will ensure proper service to clients during events including proper set-up overall coordination throughout the event including notification of other department managers regarding ongoing changes additions etc.
- Supervises all catering events
- Booking scheduling and re-booking catering events both on-site and off of hotel property
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the entire process is critical
