Want to shape how AI transforms the way marketers work and create Were building a destination team for AI natives and we want you to be at the center of the this role youll collaborate across the organization to develop and operationalize our AI strategy serving as the center point that prioritizes use cases builds a thriving community supports experimentation creates best practices and governance and champions value creation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the AI strategy for Global Marketing progressing the organization toward becoming the destination team for AI-natives.
- Prioritize and enable AI use cases with Marketing leaders Operations partners and Techaligning to strategic goals spotting high-potential opportunities fostering experimentation ensuring responsible adoption and scaling solutions that deliver efficiency and impact.
- Create and maintain best practices and governance guiding how AI is applied consistently ethically and effectively across Marketing.
- Drive and demonstrate value ensuring AI delivers measurable business impact and productivity gains with results captured and tracked in ServiceNows AI Control Tower.
- Build and lead a thriving AI community within Global Marketingrunning hackathons sharing wins and providing training toolkits and playbooks that make adoption easy and rewarding while shaping the skills and culture needed to grow an AI-native team.
- Represent Global Marketing in enterprise-wide AI programs and act as a thought partner in transformation initiatives ensuring Marketings priorities shape broader AI efforts.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market shifts emerging tools and breakthrough capabilitiesbringing the best forward to leadership.
Qualifications :
- 15 years overall exp with 10 in marketing marketing operations transformation or data-driven innovation including 23 years in an AI-focused leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering AI-powered programs from concept through scale with measurable business impact.
- Experience establishing AI governance policy and ethics frameworks that ensure responsible and effective adoption.
- Proficiency with AI agents Large Language Models (LLMs) generative AI tools and implementation workflows.
- Change leader who can turn vision into pilots roadmaps and outcomes at scale.
- Strong ability to bridge technical expertise with business priorities influencing direction and driving adoption.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator able to inspire align and mobilize teams across functions and geographies.
- Passion for building future-ready talent and fostering a culture of innovation.
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $162800 - $284900 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
