Job Summary:

Audubon Property Management LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Worcester MA. Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:

HVAC systems including heat pump and forced induction systems
Plumbing Carpentry and Electrical work
Pool care
Painting
General appliance repair
Preventative care
Perform other duties as required

This position requires close coordination and communication with the Maintenance Director and all other maintenance staff. Candidate must be punctual thorough and must possess own set of basic trade tools.

Required Qualifications:

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of building and/or facilities maintenance and repair.
Ability to successfully multi-task in busy time-sensitive working environment
Valid Drivers License required with reliable transportation
Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Minimum HS degree or equivalent
Successful completion of background check
Must be available for emergency/on call situations; some weekends required

Performance Expectations & Standards:

The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and complete tasks assigned to them that meet or exceed industry standards. Clear and consistent verbal/written communication with the Maintenance Director is essential. Along with a clean neat and well-groomed appearance the candidate must have a prime focus on excellent customer service as well as an inclusive team oriented attitude.
