- Greet parents staff and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and handle general inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date records files and documentation (both digital and physical)
- Assist with scheduling billing and enrollment paperwork
- Support staff coverage during absences or busy periods (including stepping into classroom support if needed)
- Help ensure the center meets licensing and safety requirements through administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (email spreadsheets etc.)
- A flexible and dependable attitudewilling to occasionally increase hours or help cover staff
- Previous experience in a daycare school or office environment is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks and meet all required clearances
- Part-time position: Approximately 25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule required: Must be available to cover additional hours including full days when needed (due to staff illness vacation etc.)
