Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a courteous manner
Maintain and update office records files and databases
Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare reports presentations and other documents as requested
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience as an office assistant administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and office equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
