Whats in it for you: Were looking for an Associate Product Operations professional to join our team focusing on the FX & Securities Product team. This is an internal-facing role designed to empower the product team by enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency. Youll be the linchpin that helps Product Managers their peers and stakeholders work together seamlessly.

Your primary focus will be on process optimization data-driven practices and tools. Youll identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to remove bottlenecks improve communication and ensure the entire product organization can operate smoothly as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: This is a heavily data-driven role. Youll be responsible for running queries analyzing data and using insights to drive key decisions and create reports for various stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with diverse global teams including engineering client services onboarding and senior leadership to manage cross-product initiatives.

• Tool Administration: You will be the administrator for key product tools including Jira Product Discovery and will also utilize other platforms such as Google Suite and Looker.

• Communication & Influence: You must be comfortable conducting presentations and communicating complex ideas to a wide audience including senior stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority is crucial to success in this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in a related subject.

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Technical Skills: Experience with Google Sheets/Excel including the ability to run queries and macros. Knowledge of SQL and/or Looker is a significant advantage.

• Core Competencies: A solid understanding of technology and product management principles coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Bonus Points: Commercial awareness and prior experience within the financial services industry would be a great asset.
