Manager, Workplace Experience (Americas)

The Manager Employee Engagement & Culture will play a critical role in supporting the Americas Region (North / South / Latin America) in bringing our culture and employer brand to life locally across offices remote teams and the external markets. While we dont own the global strategy this role is essential to making it real: planning executing and amplifying internal and external programs that energize our people and elevate our brand presence in key talent markets.

Youll be responsible for coordinating high-impact engagement activities enhancing brand visibility at our physical sites and activating localized employer branding efforts both in community and online. You will also help ensure our remote employees feel connected and represented with thoughtful engagement that goes beyond just digital comms.

The Manager Employee Engagement & Culture will work out of our US office in beautiful Lake Oswego OR. The position will report to our Director Regional Business and People Support.

Job Responsibilities

• Culture & Engagement Program Execution
  • Build and manage an annual calendar of culture-building activities aligned with global themes and local priorities
  • Drive execution of wellness events employee recognition DEI campaigns and community initiatives across on-site and remote opportunities
  • Coordinate regional and site level events in partnership with leadership P&C and our cultural ambassadors
  • Capture participation metrics and feedback to iterate and improve
• Local Employer Branding Activation (Internal External)
  • Amplify our presence in key talent markets through localized campaigns and community visibility (e.g. Top Employer lists sponsorships local job fairs campus outreach)
  • Ensure physical office spaces reflect our brand identitysignage digital displays recruitment materials etc.
  • Partner with Global and Regional P&C to boost our social media presence via authentic employee stories event coverage and regional achievements
  • Serve as a liaison to internal Communications and Talent Acquisition to support regional storytelling and brand consistency
• Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with local site leaders P&C Business Partners and RB&PS team to ensure initiatives land well across sites
  • Support rollout of global campaigns with high-quality locally relevant execution
  • Be the connective tissue across departments to avoid duplicated effort and missed opportunities
• Content Creation and Communications
  • Partner with Global Communications to localize content & maintain consistent tone & branding.
  • Craft and distribute engaging internal messaging to promote culture initiatives employee stories and company values across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and respond tocomments and questions (in partnership with Regional P&C) on external social platforms to foster authentic two-way communication that makes the brand feel more approachable.
  • Track communications metrics and employee feedback to improve engagement and
    impact.

What Success Looks Like:

• High-visibility internal events and activations that are well-attended and well-received
• Strong local employer brand presence both physically (offices) and digitally (social local press)
• Tight coordination across functions with improved clarity and efficiency in planning

Professional Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years experience in employee engagement employer branding internal communications field marketing and/or culture
• Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Communication:Clear concise communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and across multiple channels.
• Digital Communication Expert: Experience creating and managing digital content analyzing performance metrics utilizing digital tools and collaborating with marketing.
• Results-Driven:Proven ability to meet and improve operational KPIs driving continuous process optimization.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90000 to $120000 range. Pay is based on the level location complexity responsibility and job duties of the specific positionand is just one component of Milestones total compensation we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits FSA or HSA 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match paid parental leave generous PTO (20 days vacation 10 dayspaid sick timeand 12 companyholidays) fully paid Short Term disability policy fully paid Long Term disability policy and Life Insurance.
