Inviting applications for the role of Manager - T&E
In this role youll be performing of audits of expense reports in auditing tool.
Responsibilities
Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Provide updates status and completion information to manager problem request tracking system and/or users via voice mail e-mail or in-person communication.
Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues (Preferable)
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification / skills
Graduate/Post Graduate degree
Familiarity with the Oversight tool and its features such as real-time expense monitoring and AI-powered insights
Ability to work with data analytics tools to identify trends risks and non-compliance
Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to set up filters for suspicious transactions through Oversight tool.
Strong attention to detail to spot discrepancies duplicate claims or fraudulent activities
Developing strategies to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues
Awareness of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualification / skills
Understanding of basic knowledge on processes around Travel and Expense process i.e. CONCUR T&E audits statement reconciliation dispute resolution Delinquencies terminations Service NOW
Excellent communication skills over phone email and chat
Proactive problem solving analytical mindset and customer-centric approach
MS office tools like Excel SNOW and Outlook
