The Rental Escrow Coordinators principal objective is to professionally and discretely maintain accurate records of the Associations managed by the company following our contractual obligations and involves the management and oversight of the Escrow accounts of Homeowners Association (HOA) rentals commissions and owner interaction and financial transactions.

Education Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- Strong General Business
- 1-3 years of property management experience.
- 1-3 years Hospitality industry experience
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proficient computer skills knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint QuickBooks etc.
- Must have proficient experience with Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills including technical competency
- Confidentiality and consistency
- Computer knowledge
- Detail orientated with the ability to handle multiple tasks
