Our marketing organization is hiring a Partner Marketing Lead that will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to support our partner initiatives. This role will drive programs that help us recruit new partners help our partners grow their business and have our partners grow the Multi-Channel Fulfillment and Buy with Prime businesses.
Key job responsibilities - Serve as a key member of the agency and technology partner extended team for defining and delivering partner strategies. - Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy for agency and technology partners including prioritizing marketing activities driving execution and coordinating closely with internal and external teams to deliver results. - Develop a scalable way to identify recruit and nurture prospective agency partners (email marketing drip campaigns). - Help our partners grow their business through the development of co-marketing activities co-branded asset creation and co-marketing guidelines. - Manage the partner enablement website and external assets. - Develop an editorial (content/blogs) plan for engaging and educating agency partners. - Capture and share marketing best-practices to help our team better support our partners. - Act as the marketing liaison between agencies technology partners and the Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and Buy with Prime team. - Contribute to partner marketing and communication strategy for a new product launches.

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights - Experience with Salesforce and Tableau - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
