Job Summary
The Pohanka Automotive Group of Capitol Heights MD is looking to add full-time Automotive Sales Consultants to our team! We are conveniently located off the Beltway at Exit 13 in the Ritchie Station Marketplace. Individuals with prior experience working in retail restaurants and hospitality are encouraged to apply. However no experience is necessary as we believe the right candidate can always be trained. We provide paid training ongoing mentorship and support for you to achieve career success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their budget lifestyle and other needs
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Explain product performance application and benefits to prospects
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles offered at any of our 3 stores
- Learn to overcome objections close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities and reviews
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
- Must have a clean & valid drivers license
- Willing to undergo a drug screening and background check
