Do you have a passion for streamlining processes and seeing opportunities for continuous improvement Our Talent Channels team is looking for a Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate exciting initiatives across our key segments:

This role will contribute to shaping the future of our workforce by driving programs and pipelines that support our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Support the planning execution and tracking of talent pipeline projects across Early Talent Employer Brand Strategic Sourcing Contingent Workforce Referrals and Internal Mobility.
  • Develop project plans assess progress and provide regular status updates to program managers and TA leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications ensuring alignment with HRBPs business leaders and global TA partners.
  • Assist in creating dashboards reports and presentations that track program metrics return on investment and business impact.
  • Document and streamline processes templates and tools to support consistency and scalability across pipeline initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines deliverables and budgets effectively.
  • Identify risks issues and dependencies calling out appropriately to program leaders.

How Youll Get Here

  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition or project coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project Asana or similar).
  • Exposure to HR or TA systems (Workday Phenom People CRM tools) preferred.
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills with an inclusive and collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management fundamentals including planning tracking and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see both the big picture and the execution details.
  • Ability to build trust credibility and alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Locations & Travel

This position operates in a professional office or hybrid environment. Standard office hours apply with the possibility of occasional travel to partner universities or business sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $73000.00$75000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
