Job Summary
As a Tech Lead Manager (TLM) you will be in a Onsite role that combines senior technical leadership with people management. You will act as a multiplier balancing hands-on work with team leadership. This will be to work on our AI Transform product more details here: FloQast Transform
What Youll Do
- Own the architecture and execution of major systems.
- Lead by example in coding code reviews and design.
- Manage a small team of 36 engineers.
- Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50/50).
- Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.
What Youll Bring
- 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex system initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Ability to improve the quality performance or scalability of a module or product you own.
- Experience driving consistent improvement in code quality and technical decisions.
- A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas.
- Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product.
Nice To Haves/Other
- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar vector databases and the pros/cons of various LLMs
