Warrington PA (Serving Bucks County)

Griswold Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Managerto lead our soon-to-open Bucks County office. This leadership role oversees caregivers scheduling compliance and client care while driving efficiency and growth. Training will take place at our Blue Bell PA headquarters until the Bucks County office is licensed.

Compensation

$60000 $70000 annually

What Youll Do

• Launch and manage operations for our new Bucks County office.

• Oversee caregiver supervision scheduling and client services to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Drive service excellence and client satisfaction through strong leadership.

• Recruit train and retain a high-performing caregiving team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

• Analyze data to improve processes and support business growth.

• Build relationships with clients families and community partners.

• Manage budgets and maintain financial sustainability.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• Proven experience in home care healthcare or service-industry operations management.

• Knowledge of scheduling systems compliance regulations and process improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

• Meets all hiring and state regulatory requirements with reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance.
