What Were Looking For
Strong phone email and written communication skills
Positive can-do attitude with a customer-first approach
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED
3 years in customer service sales or admin support
Key Responsibilities
Enter and process quotes and orders
Follow up on leads and expedite orders
Solve customer issues with urgency and care
Team up with outside sales to secure and grow accounts
Coordinate pricing strategies with sales managment
Share customer insights with key stakeholders
Protect and grow key accounts
