  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the business optimization or technology sectors.

  • Strong network of leads or the ability to generate new prospects.

  • Self-driven goal-oriented and capable of working independently.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Independent Sales Execution
    Ability to operate fully autonomouslyfrom prospecting to closingwithout daily oversight or hand-holding.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    Proven capability to source qualify and engage decision-makers. Existing book of business or warm network strongly preferred.

  • B2B Consultative Selling
    Skilled in solution-based sales conversations focused on diagnosing operational inefficiencies and aligning services to real business pain points.

  • Systems & Process Optimization Awareness
    Strong understanding of business operations workflows CRM/ERP systems automation or digital transformation (technical depth not required but fluency is).

  • Executive-Level Communication
    Comfortable engaging with founders executives and department heads; able to articulate value clearly and confidently.

  • Pipeline Management
    Ability to manage your own sales pipeline track opportunities and maintain momentum from first contact through close.

  • Negotiation & Closing Skills
    Demonstrated experience closing deals in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.

  • Self-Motivation & Accountability
    Highly disciplined goal-oriented and internally drivensuccess in this role depends on personal initiative.

  • Professional Brand & Credibility
    Presents as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson; understands long-term relationship building.

  • Remote & Asynchronous Work Comfort
    Comfortable working remotely managing time effectively and communicating clearly without constant meetings.

Required Education:
