Job Summary
- 6 years of product or technical program management experience covering as many of the following areas as possible: ML lifecycle management ML lineage metadata systems model evaluation and monitoring AI compliance and regulatory data analytics and search
- Proven experience leading large and complex programs that cover the end-to-end ML model lifecycle including training evaluation deployment and continuous optimization with a strong emphasis on lineage tracking and reproducibility
- Demonstrated ability to ensure ML workflows models and datasets follow global AI regulations aligning technical product and compliance requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence engineers compliance/regulatory partners and cross-functional partners
- Strong desire to learn skill in problem solving and ability to make nuanced trade-offs between innovation speed and compliance rigor
- BS in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience
- Masters degree
