Aboutthe Job:
Under the general guidance of the Foodand Beverage Director the Food and Beverage Supervisor contributes to thesuccess of the casino by monitoring all aspects of the front of houseoperations. Leading by example the food and beverage supervisor ensurescustomers receive exemplary service. Additionally this position is responsiblefor leading and coaching the servers bartenders and café team in creating afriendly atmosphere for guests in the casino.
Thisfull-time salaried F&B Supervisor role must be available to work a variety of shifts throughout theweek and weekends between 8am and closing and be available both Saturday andSunday.
Experience:
Ideally 5 years in the F&Bindustry in a customer facing role
Ideally 2 years of supervisoryexperience
Post-secondary education is consideredan asset
KeyResponsibilities
The Food & Beverage Supervisor isresponsible to:
Monitorall aspects of Front of House operations
Planassign and direct work to bartenders servers and Café team
- Maintain company standards for guest service and food presentation
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure all customers are leaving happy
- Recruit conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
Conductand oversee the training and development of employees
- Lead by example to inspire other staff members
- Performs other related duties as assigned while ensuring the highest level of customer service
