Job Description
The opportunity
Due to success and growth were seeking a Scheduler for Downers Energy & Utilities business unit reporting into the Operations Manager. The Scheduler plays an integral part of the Skilltech business unit being the main liaison between our Meter reading teams customers and client.
What youll do
Receiving and prioritising routes / workload to the various in-field Meter Reading Teams on a daily basis
Planning and scheduling all meter reading routes to ensure efficient and safe completion in the timeframes provided.
Actively supporting day-to-day field operations via phone (calls/text) to ensure completion of expected work each day.
Meeting all contractual KPIs and obligations
Maintaining open communication lines with the client and responding promptly to inquiries
Providing efficient handover of jobs and tasks to team members
Managing ADHOC workflows efficiently

What were looking for
Previous Scheduler experience is essential
Proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Intermediate to advanced
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise on an autonomous basis
Critical thinker and excellent problem solver
Must be available to work 1 Saturday (once per month for the full year) to be compensated with an RDO
