Job Summary

Final or Pre-Final year students of:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE/)
Bachelors or Masters of Business Administration (BBM/BBA or MBA)
Bachelors or Masters of Computer Applications (BCA or MCA)

Content creation Enhancement and Course production

Creation of course design structure storyboard and e-learning materials describing the learning objectives.
Understanding and applying technical writing skills to make the content production-ready
Understand the importance of BLP pedagogy and implement it accordingly
Use memorable and effective visuals as a powerful instructional tool that drives learner engagement and efficiently fulfills the learning objectives
Describe the purpose of the course and the technology to the learners the reason for selecting it how it is benefiting their learning and the expected learning outcomes
Create realistic scenarios that reflect the realities and the challenges of the learning process
Make sure to absorb apply and evaluate the content in terms of technical aspects
Simplify and explain technical concepts to target the rural learners also in mind
Add the supporting documentation required for the course to help the learners.
Ensure to add content to upgrade the skills through BLP programs.
Research and add terms and definitions flashcards and other examples wherever applicable to make the content rich
Enhance the course to become highly value-added assets to enable the learners to make them industry-ready.
Perform QA on the BLP platform ensuring content/pedagogy is according to the IEEE standards

Contentcreation specific activities include:

Develop appropriate content for the lecture videos given by content partners
Convert audio files into technical content
Add lab videos and supporting lab manuals
Develop individual lab manuals
Verify each chapter of a course
Create a particular chapters audio script
Work with voice-over artists to get the voice recordings
Verify the same and get it integrated and verify the audio synchronization
Get the SCORM package compliant with the platform
Post eLearning development get the content reviewed by the IEEE SMEs and launch the course
Test and validate the lab testing kits for the specific courses
