What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and progressing residential property sales
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships
• Contributing to the growth of market share
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Working collaboratively as part of a high-energy team

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales and/or lettings
• Exposure to the London property market
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• A professional well-presented manner with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Motivated punctual articulate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Listing/valuation experience is advantageous
