Join Our team as an Assistant Florist at Royal Sydney

The Opportunity
We are looking for a casual Assistant Florist to support our Senior Florist in creating floral arrangements for our displays around the Clubhouse providing flowers for Private Member Events and Club Events. An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic creative individual to be part of a classic yet innovative environment.
At times you may be required to work on weekends to assist with floral display set ups for Events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with floral planning for Member and Club events
- Support seasonal and themed arrangements (e.g. Christmas Mothers Day)
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Help with flower purchasing and visits to markets
- Maintain floral displays and assist with general floristry duties
- Collaborate across departments to uphold the Clubs aesthetic vision
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years floristry experience
- Creative detail-oriented and budget-conscious
- Confident with client interaction and event planning
- Strong supplier knowledge and market experience
- Friendly flexible and able to work independently
