Pay: $75/hour admin duties Clinical Rate: 75/25 fee split

Founded in 1932 Council for Relationships (CFR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening interpersonal connections through accessible specialized and expert individual relationship and family therapy clinical training and research. With a team of over 100 clinicians and interns CFR provides services at multiple offices community-based locations and online throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. CFR is committed to improving access to mental health care particularly for uninsured and underinsured individuals through innovative sliding-scale services and community partnerships. Position Overview
Are you a psychiatrist who wants to make an impact beyond the therapy room
In this part-time role youll:
Provide direct patient care
Serve as the trusted voice for psychiatric colleagues
Help shape organizational strategy and policies
Mentor and support psychiatric staff
Key Responsibilities
Psychiatric Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and support psychiatrists in clinical practice
Oversee psychiatric clinical operations
Facilitate staff training and professional development
Provide consultation in complex clinical situations
Clinical Leadership & Collaboration
Serve on the Clinical Leadership Team
Represent psychiatric colleagues in meetings
Collaborate with leadership to ensure adequate staffing
Staffing & Quality Oversight
Review and address staff performance issues
Provide input on hiring and staffing decisions
Required Qualifications
Board-certified and licensed psychiatrist
Minimum 5 years post-residency/fellowship experience
