Job Summary
IT Support Specialist
Haumiller Engineering is a 100% employee-owned company that designs and manufactures automation assembly and test equipment for the life science personal care and food and beverage industries.
Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. Our ideal candidate will troubleshoot both hardware and software issues help maintain IT systems and ensure the day-to-day technology operations of the company. This position is 100% onsite and based in our South Elgin IL location. Depending on work requirements occasional travel is required between our South Elgin and Belvidere IL facilities.
What You Will Do:
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via helpdesk ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues
Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications
Manage user accounts and permissions
What You Will Bring:
B.S. in Computer Science equivalent degree or work experience
A Network certification and applicable Microsoft certifications
Working understanding of Microsoft M365 and installing various software packages
