Central Tablelands LLS is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our team as the Leader of Business Services. This is your chance to make a significant impact in an ongoing role driving our business services team to new heights!
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead the Business Service team to ensure efficient delivery of external services and support regional finance and administration.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and key stakeholders enhancing understanding and commitment to LLS functions.
- Administrative Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of administrative and financial systems including procurement asset control and fleet management.
- Financial Operations: Support daily financial operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Budget and Reporting: Assist in budget development financial analysis and report production.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare responses and provide balanced timely advice on stakeholder and customer issues.
- Process Improvement: Research and analyse business processes to identify efficiency improvements.
- Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency preparedness response and recovery activities.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within business services or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
