Lifetime Products is currently hiring a testing technician to join our swing shift team. The testing group promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Job Title: Testing Tech I
Area: R&D
Shift: Swing Shift

Job Summary:
Testing Technicians are responsible for performing standard testing of our products and record accurate data results. Testing Technicians must be able produce accurate data consistently.
Job Requirements:
- Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and record results.
- Must have the ability to produce accurate data consistently.
- Requires moderate skills in using software such as LPDS Excel and Word.
- Associates degree or 0-2 years of experience in the field of testing is preferred.
- Relies on the limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Individual should be adaptable accept changes promote improvement teamwork oriented and should have the ability to resolve difficult situations with positive outlook.
Required Personal Skills:
- No more than 1 attendance and/or 1 performance occurrences and safety record will be reviewed before interviewing.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to set priorities based on current business needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with team members.
- Self-starter with drive for results and attention to detail.
- Independently complete assignments with established time frame.
Note:
This is an entry-level position in the R&D department.
