Job Description
Job Title: School-Based/Outpatient Mental Health ClinicianJob Summary:The Inner You Counseling Center is seeking full and part-time fee-for-service School-Based/Outpatient Mental Health Clinicians for immediate hire. Selected clinicians will work with clinical supervisors and organizational leaders to provide excellent mental health care for patients throughout the lifespan from young children to elder care at a variety of locations in Rhode Island including public private and charter schools. This position will include continuous training and development to ensure a thorough knowledge of responsibilities and organizational values. Responsibilities:Provides diagnostic assessments clinical interventions and individual and group therapy for patients in a professional and ethical manner. Develops an individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. Works collaboratively with the supervisory health team to deliver utmost quality measures and determines patient care in accordance with licensure code of ethics. Maintains healthy boundaries with the patient. Always strives for best and submits thorough clinical notes for every therapy session in accordance with organization policies and government regulations. Manages case load responsibly Submits any applicable time tracking requirements ethically Maintains professional license Consistently adheres to organization policies (i.e. attendance policy etc.)Maintains professional attitude and work attireRequired Skills Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
