We are currently seeking a BCS Product Manager based in Dublin within the newly created BCS Delivery Pod dedicated to the delivery of strategic capabilities across BCS.

Join our cutting-edge technology delivery team where youll manage a series of products utilising the latest AI tools and technologies.

The focus of the BCS Delivery Pod will be to leverage our technical expertise to deliver technical solutions to operational challenges across the newly establish Business & Client Services (BCS) group. You will be part of a delivery organisation that builds strategic technology capabilities rapidly and in small increments in support of the BCS transformation as well as across the company. The group is already providing enhanced capabilities in document & data ingestion and will soon move onto AI Knowledge Management Unstructured Document Management and Process Automation.

The BCS Product Manager will work closely with the BCS Development Lead and in alignment with colleagues from our Award Winning Innovation Centre to help introduce new technologies both traditional and AI to help deliver these strategic capabilities.

We will rely on you to:

  • Develop and implement a product strategy & delivery roadmap that proactively supports business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with Business & Technology stakeholders understanding their needs and translating them into actionable technology solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of benefits arising from our technology products ensuring we deliver the expected business benefits.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product management professionals promoting a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the organisation.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in a technology leadership role with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in product management & software delivery methodologies and tools with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of current technology trends and their potential impact on business operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
