Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years comprehensive Software Testing experience
• ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester or ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing
• Agile working experience (Mandatory)
• Focus on Zero Trust Initiative testing and security validation
• Senior-level experience in test planning and team coordination
• Multi-platform testing expertise across web mobile and desktop

Essential Skills Requirements

• Manual Functional Technical and Automation Testing expertise
• Comprehensive testing methodologies: Regression Security Reliability Performance Path and Condition API Maintainability Negative Portability Testing
• Mobile testing across multiple devices browsers and operating systems
• Test Case/Script creation and analysis including Technical Test Cases
• Advanced defect management and JIRA workflow adherence
• Proficiency with testing tools: JIRA Xray Confluence Jenkins Postman SOAPUI IntelliJ IDE BrowserStack axeMonitor
• Zero Trust security testing methodologies and validation
• Cross-platform compatibility testing and validation

Role Requirements

• Analyze and understand complex business processes from end-to-end
• Define and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Conduct planning and effort estimation for test case execution across projects
• Collaborate effectively with test analysts developers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with external vendors and third-party integration partners
• Act as Zero Trust Testing point of contact between Developers and Testing teams
• Coordinate test data creation with development teams and test analysts
• Ensure appropriate test environment access levels and security protocols
• Execute Manual Functional Frontend Backend and Technical Testing including scripting
• Develop automation scripts ensuring readiness for handover to automation teams
• Conduct specialized testing: Regression Security Reliability Performance Path and Condition Maintainability Portability
• Perform comprehensive mobile testing across multiple devices browsers and operating systems
• Plan organize and support Test Case/Script creation and technical analysis
• Interpret testing results and manage defect logging in JIRA with detailed analysis
• Provide comprehensive reporting on test results and analysis to stakeholders
• Manage defect lifecycle including follow-up on fixes and clear JIRA documentation
• Prepare and communicate detailed test reports to stakeholders with attention to accuracy
• Execute manual test cases and defect retesting when automation fails
• Track new and changed requirements ensuring coverage in automated testing
• Meet with end users to gather requirements for test scripting and validation
• Analyze and implement business requirement specifications from QA perspective
• Review system proposals and provide expert QA input and recommendations
• Develop readable extendable reusable scalable and efficient testing scripts
• Ensure seamless handover capabilities with minimal transition requirements
• Maintain compliance and adherence to standards for audit and quality assurance
• Update user stories in JIRA and maintain documentation in Confluence
• Secure user sign-offs and prepare production deployment testing plans
• Prepare comprehensive system/functional documentation and user manuals
• Escalate deviations blockers and impediments to relevant leadership
• Additional responsibilities as per AWM Charter or department manager direction
