Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept As an Account Manager for Small Accounts youll be responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with our customers. Your role involves proactive engagement understanding client needs and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction retention and growth.
- Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies including cross-selling up-selling and churn management.
- Support & Feedback: Provide prompt personalized after-sales support ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features aligning them with their specific use cases.
- Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams offering valuable feedback.
- Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
Your Profile
- Native level of Italian and good level of English.
- Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles and sales roles is highly valued.
- Passion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
- Ambitious proactive and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
- Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients.
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Eager to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
