About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on day-to-day Project Manager to lead an ongoing Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM migration/implementation spanning Financials (GL AP AR) and HCM. Youll own a plan build test cutover hypercare coordinate SI/partners drive integrations to trading partners and legacy applications and keep scope schedule and budget on track. PMP is a plus

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP (GL AP AR) and HCM; manage multi-track plans dependencies and critical path.
- Run weekly ceremonies and governance: standups RAID management steering committee/status KPIs and executive reporting.
- Lead discovery/fit-gap and solution walkthroughs; align scope change control and acceptance criteria.
- Own data migration plan (FBDI/ADFDI cycles trial conversions reconciliation sign-offs) and cutover/hypercare playbooks.
- Orchestrate integrations with trading partners and 3rd-party systems (banking payroll/benefits CRM data warehouse) across REST/SOAP OIC/ETL and file exchanges; ensure security controls and SLAs.
- Plan and lead CRP SIT UAT performance testing defect triage and release management across environments.
- Coordinate reporting workstream (OTBI/BIP/OAC/FDI where applicable) and security/roles provisioning.
- Manage external vendors/SIs and internal workstreams (Finance HR IT Security); enforce RACI.
- Ensure compliance/readiness (SOX controls where applicable) training cutover readiness reviews and business continuity plans.
- Own budgets forecasts resource plans and contract deliverables; drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to closure.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of project management with 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations covering Financials (GL AP AR) and HCM (implementation or migration from EBS/PeopleSoft/other legacy).
- Proven delivery of integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners/legacy applications (e.g. payroll/benefits providers banks CRM/CPQ data platforms).
- Strong command of ERP/HCM project mechanics: fit-gap data conversion CRP/SIT/UAT cutover/hypercare change control RAID and vendor management.
- Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI OIC/ETL REST/SOAP and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
- Excellent executive communication stakeholder management and status reporting skills.
- Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps/Smartsheet/MS Project Confluence PowerPoint/Excel.
Nice to Have
- PMP (or Prince2) CSM/Agile credentials.
- Experience with EPBCS/EPM OAC/FDI/FAW or identity/security (roles data access).
- Prior work in regulated environments (SOX HIPAA GDPR) and bank integrations (NACHA/treasury).
