Job Description:
- The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
- Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
- Utilizes multiple internet resources including social networking techniques to source candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
- Present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
- Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice Career builder Yahoo Hot Jobs) Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contracts Permanent positions.
- Well-versed in US Terms like W2 C2C 1099 US Visas etc.
- Experienced in working with W2 tax terms mandate
- Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Experience in working with direct clients
- Excellent communications must
