About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions. This role builds on the original ETL Developer Reporting scope now elevated to a strategic architecture position. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IBM DataStage Power BI and SAP BOBI 4.3 tools along with a proven ability to translate business needs into robust data frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and reporting ecosystems
Lead ETL development using IBM DataStage ensuring performance and scalability
Design and deliver advanced dashboards and analytics using Power BI
Utilize SAP BOBI 4.3 tools (UDT IDT Web Intelligence CMC Promotional Management) for enterprise reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals
Ensure data quality governance and security across platforms
Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in IBM DataStage
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX data modeling visualization)
Deep working knowledge of SAP BOBI 4.3 suite: UDT IDT Web Intelligence CMC Promotional Management
Advanced SQL and data modeling capabilities
Experience in designing data warehouses and reporting frameworks
Familiarity with metadata management and performance tuning

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering ETL development and reporting architecture
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
