NOTE: This is a base plus commission role for someone with a background in agency staffing recruiting on high volume data center operations and engineering roles who understands the importance of speed to market.

What You ll Do

Directly impact our clients and candidates by matching talent to opportunity. Here s how:

Build Relationships: Connect with top professionals across data center power and telecom industries.
Source Talent: Get creative use job boards social media networking and referrals to uncover the best of the best.
Evaluate Candidates: Interview and assess for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
Match & Place: Guide candidates through the hiring journey including offers and negotiations.
Enhance the Experience: Deliver a seamless positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
Stay Organized: Keep our ATS updated and compliant while juggling multiple requisitions.

What We re Looking For

A driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver results:

Strong preference for candidates with recruiting experience (1 Years) in operations and engineering roles within the data center wireline telecommunications/broadband service provider or power utility industries.
Proven success in high-volume recruiting you know how to balance speed and quality.
Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
Sharp organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills your ability to build trust and rapport sets you apart.
Bonus Points If You Can Speak Spanish!
