We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a G&A recruiter. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier G&A talent for our AI-startup client
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including initial screenings technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networking
Qualifications :
- Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week
- 4 years of G&A recrutiing experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing G&A candidates for an AI start-up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
