Job Summary

8 years of experience as an Atlassian System Administrator with a strong focus on Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud products.

Proven experience in development and customizing workflows schemes and dashboards.

Experience of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud enterprise solutions and involved in large scale Atlassian Cloud migrations.

Experience with MSSQL to include database management and scripting.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Groovy Python) and automation tools (e.g. Jira on Automation Script Runner).

Experience on 24/7 on-call rotation and managing Linux and MSSQL production environments.

Experience in monitoring/alerting tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex root cause analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
