Job Summary

Job Title: Warranty Support Engineer

Location: Saharanpur

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience with railway locomotive or automotive products. Qualification: Diploma or in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warranty support for railway locomotive or automotive products.
Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve warranty-related issues.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of electronics/electrical engineering.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing MIS reports.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
