Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to manage the development and execution of promotional materials for congresses and customer-facing events. This role ensures brand consistency across physical and digital assets collaborates with cross-functional teams and delivers high-impact materials on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage creation and delivery of congress materials including booth graphics media and promotional materials.
- Develop and schedule social media posts aligned with congress timelines and messaging.
- Coordinate timelines and approvals for promotional assets across internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead product planning product launches market development and market research activities.
- Identify unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities providing strategic focus to move products from idea to market.
- Facilitate and coordinate marketing activities across geographic regions to increase teamwork and build partnerships.
- Track marketing campaigns evaluate results and provide recommendations for future promotions.
- Provide guidance to entry-level colleagues or support staff as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3 years of experience in marketing communications or event support roles.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare life sciences or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with global congresses and international event coordination.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Knowledge & Experience
- Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- University degree with 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with no prior experience.
