Senior Automation Tester (Hybrid)

12 months
Pay Rate:
$55/hr on C2C / 1099 all inclusive (OR) $50/hr on W2
Note
2 days hybrid onsite.
Interview:
Both Web Cam and In Person Interview
INTERVIEWS: If selected the initial interview will be via TEAMS and then a second follow up panel interview will follow. That follow up IV with the panel DOES NOT have to be in person. A skill exercise will be part of the interview process also as the team has spoken with candidates who show years and years of experience on paper but sometimes we find thats not the case. So to re-cap: there will be one basic interview and the second (more of an interactive one) to test their experience.
Job Description
Evaluate test automation tools and lead the transition from manual to automated testing. Build and implement test automation frameworks provide QA support and define/update quality standards. Develop Automation Framework scripts and script maintenance as well as train existing QA team staff on editing / maintaining scripts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and implementing automation tests debugging and defining corrective actions
- Developing and executing automated test scripts using testing software programs
- Identifying analysing and creating detailed records of problems that appear during testing such as defects bugs errors and inconsistencies
- Reviewing system requirements
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products

- Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance Required 8 Years
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes Required 10 Years
- Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plan and test cases Required 10 Years
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Required 10 Years
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting Required 8 Years
- Highly skilled in using automation frameworks like Selenium and Playwright Required 8 Years
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with software developers project managers and other team members Required 8 Years

- Experience scripting using Visual Studio Test Edition with Selenium plug-in and Playwright Required 8 Years
