Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP Sales and amp; Diagnostics to lead our sales and business development function. This role is perfect for someone with proven leadership in healthcare sales strong networking skills with doctors and amp; diagnostic centers and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business partnerships with labs doctors and healthcare centers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular meetings with healthcare professionals and diagnostic partners.
- Manage contracts negotiations and long-term business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance create reports and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 510 years in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Healthcare/Diagnostics).
- Skills: Strong communication team leadership business development and negotiation.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and amp; verbal).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
