About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales professional with strong experience managing on-ground sales operations across multiple states in India. The role involves leading field teams driving daily sales activities monitoring performance and ensuring smooth execution of field-level programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardcore sales and the ability to manage & motivate base-level personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-ground sales teams deployed across different regions.
Drive field sales activities ensuring daily targets and deliverables are met.
Monitor team performance provide guidance resolve challenges and maintain discipline on the field.
Coordinate with channel partners/representatives where required while also handling direct team interactions.
Ensure timely reporting updates and adherence to project KPIs.
Maintain strong understanding of diverse regional markets across India and adapt strategies accordingly.
Execute field activations sales campaigns and outreach initiatives as per project requirements.
Ensure smooth field operations logistics coordination and issue escalation management.
Requirements
Key Requirements
36 years of experience in field sales sales activations or on-ground operations.
Must have worked across multiple states or have strong knowledge of Pan-India field dynamics.
Experience in BFSI or FMCG field sales is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in hardcore sales roles with direct team handling.
Experience working with channel partners as well as direct field teams.
Comfortable travelling 1015 days a month.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
MBA from a recognized B-School is preferred.
