- Read and interpret technical drawings installation manuals and manufacturer specifications.
- Measure lay out and assemble ductwork and piping systems.
- Perform system start-up testing and commissioning to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications local codes and company standards.
- Keep job sites and vehicles clean organized and safe.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners contractors and team members.
- Accurately complete job-related documentation and paperwork.
- Mentor apprentices and support team training initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs.
Qualifications Requirements:- 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred; entry-level applicants considered for apprentice roles.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and work in confined spaces (attics basements).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC tools materials and installation techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- NATE certification or other recognized industry credentials.
- Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Sheet metal fabrication skills.
