Job Summary

Job description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled AV installers to oversee and execute audiovisual projects within our commercial integration division. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team that focuses on quality for the successful completion of installation tasks system configurations and client training. This role requires excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Installation Tasks: Conduct a variety of installation tasks including but not limited to cable pulling connector installation projector and screen support structure installation and projector mounting.
System Configuration and Testing: Assist with configuring AV systems including control systems (such as Crestron and AMX) and conduct thorough testing to ensure systems are fully functional.
Technical Support: Learn to provide technical support and post-installation troubleshooting ensuring issues are promptly resolved.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of AV systems ensuring they are comfortable and satisfied with the technology.
Documentation: Assist with accurate comprehensive job documentation including installation reports and configuration details.
Travel: Travel to various job sites as required to meet project needs.

Requirements

Personal Drive: Desire and knowledge of AV systems and drive to master signal flow for audio video and control systems.
Experience: Desire to install and service AV systems installation and configuration preferably with leadership responsibilities.
Desire to become certified: Crestron and AMX certifications are highly desirable; CTS certification for Leads.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in the use of hand and power tools with a commitment to safety.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently as a team.
Drivers License: Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
