About the Company
The Role
The Junior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team while also contributing to the efficient running of the head office. The successful candidate will be highly organised detail-oriented and capable of building strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
This position is primarily office-based and will suit someone motivated adaptable and eager to develop within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Executive Team including calendar management meeting scheduling and travel coordination (flights visas car hire itineraries).
Assist with preparing for meetings presentations and customer visits.
Draft proofread and format documents and presentations with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain accurate corporate files and records and manage filing systems.
Serve as a point of contact between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
Support Finance and People & Culture departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Manage expenses purchase orders and payment processes via SAP.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage office supplies couriers and post.
Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced innovative environment.
A strong team player who demonstrates professionalism at all times.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.
