About the Role
Operations Management
- Lead a team of technical staffs to ensure smooth delivery of all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services within the venue.
- Ensure TAM cases are completed daily and feedback from technical staffs are relevant to the cases issued.
- Tracking monitoring and development of trend analysis of equipment downtime and recovery status. Submission of weekly report on venue equipment status.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on troubleshooting and rectifications.
- Plan schedule and ensure duly completion of daily weekly and monthly routine inspection.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.
- Preparation of incident reports and coordinate appropriate follow up action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault.
- Cross support to other venues within the department when assigned
- Plan budgeting forecast for OPEX CAPEX.
Project Management
- Provide technical advisory service during site inspection and project development.
- Provide solutions for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion.
- Manage the M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
- Update of project works regularly and ensure all relevant documentation are updated.
Planned Preventive Maintenance Management
- Plan schedule and ensure PPM activities are duly completed on time.
- Periodical review of PPM checklist to ensure its accuracy and thoroughness
- Timely Submission of weekly/monthly PPM report.
- Assessment of M&E equipment health condition on site and propose life cycle maintenance to prevent/reduce its downtime
- Planning and liaising with Contractors for Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Knowledgeable in root cause analysis to provide solutions and prevent recurrence on equipment breakdown.
Logistics and Spare Parts Management
- Effective spare cost management and forecasting.
- Submission of monthly stock report.
- Ensure sufficient spare availability and replenishment when necessary.
- Implementation of 5S within store.
Policy Procedures & Processes
- Ensure all relevant MEP drawings are up to date and revised accordingly.
- Establishing and ensuring proper documentation of maintenance checklist troubleshooting process work flow diagrams etc.
- Enforce communications safety compliance and operational processes as defined by supervisor and company policy.
Equipment Lifecycle Management
- Plan track and propose lifecycle replacement for MEP related equipment.
- Prepare the presentation slide for lifecycle replacement proposal.
- Preparation scope of works and communicate to procurement team for procurement process.
- Prepare for contract approval paper and letter of award.
- Coordinate and execute the project to meet the project timeline.
- Ensure project completion testing and commissioning and proper project closure.
Events Management
- Technical advisory service to respective stakeholders during pre actual and post event.
- Plan and schedule Pre-Event Action Plans (PEAPs) as per master calendar for Events (SEP) Adhoc activities (SAP) and Hospitality activities (MICE).
- Plan and schedule of Retractable Roof Movable Tier and Bowl Cooling operations as per Event requirements.
- Provision of standby Technician for reactive maintenance and adhoc service request.
- Fault coordinator IBMS monitoring and dispatch of FM related activities pre actual and post Event.
Others
- Any other tasks as required by Facilities Manager
