Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Test Automation)

The Role

Our client is an international fast-growing SaaS company and the market leader in collaboration platforms for corporate reporting projects. Headquartered in Stockholm with local offices in London Helsinki and Sydney they support customers globally.

We are now looking for a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen our Engineering team and ensure the high quality of our product. You will be a key contributor to maintaining and improving the quality of our platform. You will work with test automation and manual testing collaborating closely with developers designers product managers and client services throughout our change management process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites (Playwright & API tests).
• Write execute and maintain clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Test approx. 12 product releases annually ensuring stability and quality.
• Manage test accounts and data and report detailed well-structured bug reports.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the client services department.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvements to QA processes tools and standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation with strong skills in: Playwright for UI test automation API testing and Cross-platform testing (Mac Windows Chrome Firefox Edge Safari)
• Strong ability to write clear concise and comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in an international environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Fonto / XML-based applications.
• Familiarity with XBRL workflows.
