Job title: HNW Account Handler
Salary: 40000
Location: North London
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Established independent High Net Worth Account Handler required to service High Net Worth clients. The role involves providing expert insurance advice managing complex portfolios and ensuring first-class service. Strong communication and technical knowledge are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HNW household risks predominantly but also other lines of HNW risks
- Provide tailored insurance solutions
- Handle client meetings renewals and insurer reviews
- Support colleagues across offices when needed
- Issue new business MTAs and renewals promptly
- Respond quickly to client queries
- Maintain product and market knowledge
- Assist with claims when required
- Negotiate terms with insurers and represent client interests
- Keep accurate records and follow compliance standards
DAY-TO-DAY
- Advise High Net Worth clients
- Manage policy docs invoicing and diary tasks
- Reconcile accounts and update records
- Draft correspondence to company standards
- Follow compliance policies (GDPR anti-bribery etc.)
- Support team service delivery
EXPERIENCE
- Insurance broking experience with HNW clients
- Experience with Acturis preferred
- Strong client and insurer relationship skills
- Experience in leadership an advantage

- Organised with good time management
- Team player with client-first approach
- Compliance aware and process focused
