We are seeking a strategic AI Knowledge & Literacy Leadto lead the enterprise-wide flow of AI insights across Johnson & Johnson. This role ensures that AI-related knowledge is curated contextualized and made accessible to drive confident adoption and informed decision-making.
This position focuses onknowledge architecture and insight dissemination not simply content creation. It complements other AI Literacy roles by enabling structured access to insights and fostering a shared understanding of AI tools and knowledge across R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Source curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters summaries and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.
Qualifications:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137000 to $235750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following: Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay including Floating Holidays up to 13 days per calendar year Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
